Email templates
The emails Orin sends for your business, written once under Settings > Templates. Merge fields are filled in when an email is sent, so the wording is consistent and only the particulars change.
Forms
Questionnaires and checklists your firm sends to collect answers. Built here, answered by the client on a link, and the answers come back onto the record.
A form is the right tool when you would otherwise send the same email with the same six questions. The answers arrive structured rather than as prose to re-read.
